Consignment
How do I consign items with RE Park City?
Consigning is simple. Make an appointment to bring in your items Thursday - Saturday. We ask that items be clean and on hangers.
If you have 5 or more pieces, we offer in-home evaluations in the Park City area. We review your items, select what aligns with our curated mix, and handle everything from pricing to presentation.

What types of items do you accept for consignment?
We accept Clothing, Handbags and Accessories that are in excellent condition. Items should be brought in clean and ready to hit the boutique floor.
We strive to carry brands our customers are shopping for whether this is an every day brand or something more luxe.
Do I need an appointment to bring in my items?
Yes, please schedule an appointment with us so we can be ready for you. Appointments are Thursday - Saturday
How long will my items stay on the sales floor?
Our consignment period is 60 days.
We'll typically keep things on the floor for a month before considering a mark down in price.
If your item hasn't sold in 60 days we ask that if you wish the item back to please come in and retrieve the item. Ten days after the end of the consignment period if items are not picked up RE will donate to our local charities.
What percentage do I earn from my sold items?
Your item has sold you will receive 50% of the selling price.
How do I know if my items have sold?
We will notify you of any sales at the beginning of the month following the sale of the item. At this time we will prepare a check for you to pick up.
When and how do I get paid?
Checks will be cut on the first day of the month for sales the previous month. Checks may be picked up at any time in the store.
If by the 15th of the month the Consignor does not pick up a check it will be mailed to them. Consignor payments will be void 6 months after check issue date.
Do you have a consignment agreement?
Yes! Once we've reviewed your pieces, and have agreed to sell them in store, we will ask you to sign a consignor agreement. This agreement will be sent to you via email for your records.
Return Policy
What is the return or exchange policy?
While our hope is that every customer is satisfied with their purchase we do not accept returns for in store or online purchases.
Can I return an item purchased online in the store?
We do not accept returns for online or in store purchases.
What if I bought an item online and it arrives damaged or not as described?
Please reach out to us at info@reparkcityut.com with pictures of the damage so we can discuss.
Can I cancel or edit an online order after placing it?
If you would like to cancel an order after placed please reach out to info@reparkcityut.com immediately so we can cancel the order before we prepare it for shipping.

Do you sell new items or only pre-owned?
We currently are focused on pre-owned items, however, some may have never been worn before.
How do you authenticate designer bags, clothing and accessories?
We use well respected authentication services to authenticate bags as we see fit.
Do you host events or trunk shows?
Yes, we host a number of events in store as we want RE Park City to be a place for the community to come together. If you are interested in hosting an event, or have items you want to bring to a trunk show please reach out at info@reparkcityut.co.

How often do you get in new arrivals?
We accept new items from Thursday-Saturday so we are always putting new pieces out on the floor. Some of our favorite new arrivals will also be listed on our site.
Shipping
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we do charge for shipping. You will see the estimated shipping price during check out.
As a reminder, for any items that say Please inquire at the store for purchase, shipping will be estimated then, not via Shopify.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase whether the purchase is completed through Shopify or through the store.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer a variety of shipping methods. Most commonly USPS or UPS.
Do you insure luxury items?
Yes, for any item over $500 we will be sure to add insurance and this will be included in the shipping price quoted.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
